• Phone number or messaging contact if you choose to provide it
• Company name and country
• Content of your inquiry, including chatbot conversation summaries when you choose to submit them

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies on this website. We do not track your browsing behavior, and we do not collect any personal information automatically.

Language detection: The website chooses between English and Chinese based solely on your browser's language setting, which is read locally in your browser. No IP address or location data is sent to, processed by, or stored on our servers for this purpose, and no third-party geolocation service is used. You can change the language at any time using the toggle in the navigation bar; your preference is stored only in your own browser.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on a potential business relationship. If you use the intelligent consultation assistant, your question and recent conversation context may be processed by our AI service provider and email service provider only to generate a response and deliver your inquiry summary. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is based on your consent (Article 13, PIPL; Article 6(1)(a), GDPR) given by voluntarily submitting your contact details. For EU and UK users, we rely on your explicit consent as the lawful basis for processing. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at business@fusionride.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

For visitors from the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, please note that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the People's Republic of China, which does not have an EU or UK adequacy decision. Such transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses (SCCs) where required. For more information, please contact us.

We retain inquiry data for a maximum of 24 months from the date of receipt, after which it is securely deleted unless a business relationship requires longer retention.
